My family and I used the services of VIP Transfers for airport transfer and a trip to Colonia del Sacramento and everything was sensational. I found VIP Transfer here on Trip Advisor while researching for this type of service in Uruguay. It was a short weekend trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family and friends. Since exchanging emails asking for some winery tips, Alejandro was Awesome, always with some great advice. When we got to the airport, Sofia and Alejandro were there waiting for us, getting us to the hotel quickly and safely. During both days Saturday and Sunday we visited four different wineries and the flexibility of having your private transfer helped us relax and enjoy every moment. I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion I must do so as a token of gratitude to Alejandro, from VIP TRANSFERS. I needed a transfer service from my home in Montevideo to the Carrasco Airport, and for them to pick us up on the day of our return. 4 people with their respective carry-on and 6 suitcases. I didn't know anyone who could provide me with this service, so I decided to look on Tripadvisor without too many expectations. VIP TRANSFERS had more than 240 reviews with excellent scores, placing it in first place in transfer service in my country. This is what led me to write to you on WhatsApp. The answer came immediately: Alejandro asked me the right and necessary questions and scheduled us. I greatly highlight the reassuring gesture he had in writing to me both the day before our departure and the day before our arrival at MVD, making it clear that everything was planned as discussed. VIP TRANSFERS is, from now on, my transfer service to and from Carrasco Airport, but I advise you to consult with them because they offer more services for tourists: trips to our beautiful Punta del Este, Punta Ballena, Colonia, vineyards and much more. Whether for an airport pick-up or an all-day tour of Uruguay’s wineries, Alejandro Draper, owner of VIP Transfers, is dependable, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. Draper was the driver for my small group of journalists during a weeklong tour of the wineries around Montevideo and Punta del Este. He was a steady and helpful presence in our varied excursions.
